Ashlee H. Vaught

Ashlee H. Vaught joined the firm following graduation from law school in 1997, and is Managing Partner of the firm at this time. During law school, she was a member of the Mercer Law Review, Moot Court Board, Brainerd Currie Honor Society (limited to the top 10% of the graduating class), and Phi Kappa Phi.

Her practice areas include business entities, business transactions, real estate, trusts, estates, contract drafting, civil litigation, construction and development law, as well as lien rights. Mrs. Vaught has received Martindale Hubbell’s “AV Preeminent Lawyer” peer review rating, which is the highest rating in legal ability and ethical standards.
