WILLIAM N. SEARCY is a graduate of the University of Georgia (AB); the University of Georgia Law School (JD) and Washington University Law School (LL.M. Taxation). He is a member of the Savannah Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association. His honorary and professional organizations include Omicron Delta Kappa; Blue Key; Gridiron and Phi Delta Phi. He has served as President of Young Lawyers, Chairman of the Southeast Regional Special Liason Tax Committee, Chairman of the Section of Taxation, Chairman for the Conference with the Georgia Society of Cerfied Public Accountants and as Vice Chairman of the Commission of Continuing Lawyer Competency. He is Major General, serving as the Commander of the Georgia Air National Guard. His practice areas include Taxation, Real Estate, Business Entities, Probate and Trusts and Estates.
