ROBERT C. HUGHES, III was born in Macon, Georgia. He was admitted to the bar in 2004 for the State of Georgia. He was admitted to the Bar of South Carolina in 2005. His education includes University of Georgia (B.A., cum laude, 2001) and Walter F. George Law School, Mercer University (J.D., cum laude, 2004).
